Understanding Healing Meditation

There are various forms of healing meditation and some are better than others but generally they should all make you feel better to varying degrees.

My belief is that any meditation is better than none and my reasoning for saying this is that healing meditation makes you shift your focus and draws you into the now.

    I love that you tackled this topic. I am thinking why do I get hungry more often? I keep on asking that with myself. And sometimes I feel that I’m not that hungry but my brain keep on telling me that I am.
    Now I know maybe because I’m just stress out of my work. I am interested with this Isochronic meditation. I hope this will help me with my eating habit.

      Most certainly stress can do all sorts of things if we don’t recognize it. Isochronic meditation would be of benefit for your eating habits. I also recommend you incorporate green smoothies into your daily diet as this will reduce your appetite.
